Medical Technician: Classifications: SC or HE

The medical technician who has completed the necessary qualification course is knowledgeable of nursing theory and techniques, drugs and their administration, office procedures, transporting sick and injured, operating and maintaining therapeutic equipment, medical readiness operations, medical records upkeep, and medical procedures and treatments. A working knowledge of personal computers and an understanding of operating systems will be important. The medical technician will be part of a team where members are recognized for their specific skills and talents.
