Introduction to Cosmetology (aka Hair, Skin, and Nails):  Classifications:  SC or SS
 
This course will introduce the student to work-related skills and areas of knowledge needed for professional cosmetology courses. The content provides students the opportunity to investigate basic fundamental skills in both theory and practical applications of leadership and interpersonal skills development. The course may stress safety, environmental issues, and protection of the public and designers as it is integrated with principles of hair design, nail structure, and cosmetic procedures.
