Sports as a physical education course should expose students to both individual and team sports. It should teach the rules and etiquette for participating in specific sports. Having students actually take part in a sport may be encouraged, but is not necessary. Students wanting to use this course to earn high school credit should contact the North Atlantic Regional High School in Lewiston, Maine. They will guide the student in the record keeping and documentation needed.
