Personal Fitness:  Classifications:  PE

This course should enable students to become familiar with health-related fitness concepts, strength training, and aerobic training. Students should be able to apply these principles to improve cardiovascular health, increase endurance and physical strength. Additional appropriate components could be studying nutrition, stress management, spiritual health, mental health, and self-defense.
