Course Classification: CO, FA or BU

This course introduces the fundamentals of computer aided drafting (CAD) and examines the hardware that makes up a CAD workstation. It also covers the operating system that enables the equipment to function as a unit. It is recommended that a student complete the following courses before taking this course: Two years of high school level math and introduction to microcomputers.
