Weight Training can be an excellent means of fitness for both male and female students. There are two basic ways to pursue this interest: Some enjoy having a friend work with them or they make a friend at the training facility. Others pursue this as a personal, private experience. Since it is your program, you choose. Proper instruction is necessary for safety since some of the equipment can be dangerous.
